How do I register?

Pricing Explained

Thyme Store products show pricing in the following format:

  • RRP - The price the product is sold for on the shelf including VAT where applicable.
  • Single / Case Trade Price - The price you as a retailer pays when buying the product from our website - labelled as single or case depending on how it is sold - VAT is excluded from this value, with a calculation shown below for it.
  • Case size - The amount of products in a case if it's sold by the case.
  • Sold as - Either singles or cases so you know how you are purchasing.

How do I place my first order?

Promotions via Wholesale section

  1. Select the promotion that you want to order.
  2. On the promotion page choose the products that you want. To do this check the box next to the product, enter the quantity and finally select the wholesaler you want it to be delivered from. You must choose a wholesaler you already have an account with.
  3. The next step is to select the free stock available for your chosen promotion. The number of available products will be automatically calculated for you. In some cases the free stock maybe predetermined.
  4. When you are happy you have met the above criteria, click the Add To Basket button.

Transfer Orders via Wholesale

  1. The transfer orders via wholesale section allows you to top up your wholesaler orders easily with additional products shown on the Thyme Store website.
  2. Select your desired brand, and choose a product you wish to add to a wholesaler order.
  3. On the products page, select any options required, as well as the quantity and the desired wholesaler. You must choose a wholesaler you already have an account with.
  4. When you are happy you have met the above criteria, click the Add To Basket button.

Basket, Shipping and Checkout

  1. At the basket page you will have the opportunity to review all your selected/intended purchases, and in some cases amend quantities if needed. You will also be able to see an estimation of the shipping costs.
  2. On the checkout page please make sure your billing and shipping address details are entered correctly.
  3. When choosing your desired shipping methods you may have to select several methods depending on the make up of your order. If you have ordered directly from multiple different brands as well as any orders via wholesale then you will be presented with a different shipping method for each. In some cases brands selling directly may offer multiple shipping methods of their own, such as first or second class. Please be sure to review the shipping methods section carefully.
  4. Once you have done this you will be able to place your order and pay via PayPal. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal. PayPal allows you to checkout as a guest using your credit or debit card, and works as a payment processor.

Direct Buying from Brands

  • By opening an account on Thyme Store you are entering a contract with Thyme Marketing. Payment will be made to Thyme Marketing.
  • Dispatch of goods will be made by either Thyme Marketing or direct from the brand.
  • After you place an order, you will receive an email from Thyme Store acknowledging that we have received your order.
  • Your order will then be passed direct to the brand and their Terms and Conditions will then apply or Thyme Marketing will dispatch your goods (see section 7 of our T&C's for delivery)

When will my order be placed?

Our office working hours are 9-5 pm Monday to Friday. All orders will be processed as soon as we receive them during these office working hours. Any orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be emailed to Wholesalers or Brand Vendors on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays)

How do I cancel or amend my order?

Please follow your wholesalers standard guidelines.

I’ve forgotten my username or password, what should I do?

If you have forgotten or lost your password please click on the "Forgot your password" link at the bottom of the sign in page. On the next screen enter your email address and click "Reset Password". You will be emailed a link which will allow you to reset your password. Please check your spam/junk folder incase the email with the link goes into it. When you recieve the email click the link within it and enter your new password. Remember to click save when you are done.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed using PayPal, however you do not need a PayPal account to make a payment. When you complete the checkout process and are redirected to PayPal you can click the link to make payment without a PayPal account. You can then use your debit or credit card to make a payment.

Can I place a new order using a previous order?

It is possible to create an order from a previous order. To do so click the "My Account" link at the top of the page and then choose the "Orders" link. You will be presented with a list of all your previous orders. Please choose the previous order you wish to start with by click on it's order number. On the following order details page please click the "Reorder this order" link. Click this link will take you straight to the basket where you can complete your order, or you can continue shopping and add more promotions and products. Please be aware that some previously order promotions or products may be no longer available and you will not be able to reorder those.

What will happen if something goes out of stock before my delivery?

Depending on your chosen Wholesaler you will be notified if a product is out of stock and when it will be sent to you.

Can I save my order and come back later to finish it?

Yes, your order will automatically be saved in the SalesThyme Stores basket as you shop. You can come back to it at any time and complete your order.

How do I search for products online?

There are search fields within the "Promotions via wholesale" and brand pages of the "Transfer orders via wholesale" sections of the website which can be used to search for specific promotions and products within those respective areas.

How do I make a complaint?
