Order Fulfilment and shipping

Thyme Store operates as a marketplace for approved vendors to advertise their products to buyers. Thyme Marketing takes all payments and transfers payment to vendors once orders have been dispatched and provided proof of postage. As such it is the vendors selling on Thyme Store that provide the fulfillment of orders placed on the website. An order can be placed for products from multiple vendors so they are split accordingly and an order might be fulfilled by several vendors.

Thyme Store provides all the tools necessary for vendors to manage their orders, export their order data, and print invoices and packing slips. In these cases this information may include your name, business name, business address, email and telephone number. This information will only be available to vendors that you have ordered products from on Thyme Store. Vendors who you don’t order from will have no access to any of the information listed above.

We also provide an API (Application Programming Interface) for vendors to connect their systems to ours allowing them to streamline their process in managing orders with their existing systems. Our API may allow the exchange of the following information for managing orders and customer enquiries your name, business name, business address, email and telephone number.
