Shipping and Returns
All orders placed on Thyme Store have free shipping when the sellers minimum order value or quantity is reached. Each vendor sets it's own minimum order value or amount, and these must be reached in order to qualify for shipping.
All goods are shipped direct from each seller your order from on Thyme Store.
Sellers aim to deliver all goods ordered via Thyme Store within 3 - 5 working days (excluding weekends).
Where tracking information is available, orders can be tracked from your order history page using the tracking information provided: https://thymestore.co.uk/orders/. In some cases this will require you to copy and paste the tracking code into the couriers website directly.
Unfortunately delays can sometimes happen, and if you believe there is an issue please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you wish to return your goods please notify Thyme or the seller within 14 days of receiving them. You will then have 14 days to return your goods once you have notified the seller or Thyme. You will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping goods back to the seller. Goods must be returned to the seller and not Thyme. You will then be refunded within 14 days of the goods being returned to the seller.

All transfer orders are placed with your chosen wholesaler during the ordering process. If you have any concerns regarding your transfer order please contact your wholesaler directly to discuss them.
